X-Press Feeders launches Germany-Sweden X-Press

X-Press Feeders has launched its weekly Germany-Sweden X-press (GSX) service.

The GSX service is run with one 509 TEU vessel in the following rotation: Bremerhaven (Germany) – Hamburg (Germany) – Södertälje (Sweden) – Åhus (Sweden) – Bremerhaven.

“GSX is a fixed weekly service and offers our customers a chance to cross position empty units from Södertälje to Åhus,” said X-Press Feeders in a statement.

This comes after the news that the shipping group is also enhancing its Mexico Central America (MCX) service as of mid-January 2022.

The update will see three vessels deployed on an updated route, which now covers an additional three ports. Lazaro Cardenas, Puerto Quetzal, and Corinto have now all been added.

This will be a reefer dedicated service and aims to provide a direct connection between Mexico and Central America.
